Title: brown spots on brie nuit, can anyone help?

Good morning everyone! This is an activated carbon Brie cheese. Made with pasteurized milk, calcium chloride, 2 ml pc spores, 2% salting, black pepper, cream. 15 days of cave 11 degrees and then another 15 days of 06 degrees. It is very creamy inside. Strong flavor.
