Hi all
Please any one can help me to make this type of cheese(full fat cream cheese 30% fat) but with out removing the whey

Welcome to the forum!

For the cream cheese, help me to understand - why do you not want to remove the whey? With the whey retained, your texture will be like yogurt, not firm like a typical cream cheese.
