Title: Gouda (2016) with Basil and Garlic

Forgot about this in the cheese cave and recently rediscovered it. 
Out of the bag, fantastically fresh smelling Basil and Garlic, and lovely aged Gouda.
Very happy with this one.

I'll admit I was almost drooling when I first saw the pic...basil and garlic together is a match made in heaven!  So glad for you it turned out well!
