I'm planning on making a truffley Chevre log. Unsure whether to opt for a truffle salt for salting or to stick with regular salt and go with truffle oil into the mix. Anyone have any recommendations?
If I go the oil route, is there anything I should bear in mind? Completely new to truffles!

I have done chevre a number of times using truffle salt. I used it in the amounts I would use plain salt and worked out well. I liked it. I have never used truffle oil.
