Title: Canada, Ontario, Lancaster: Cheese Class - Glenngarry Cheese Making Courses
Post by: DeejayDebi on August 15, 2009, 10:08:13 PM
I called today to order some moulds and one of her associates was telling me there was another class coming in October. You get to make cheese with the best of the best plus she gives you cheese kits, moulds, cultures and all sorts of good stuff.

I am wating for more info. I think it's like $195 canadian.

hi Debi. not sure where you are from but i'm pretty sure that Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company has classes this month and one or two in November. I was there last week (a short vacation) and its a pretty cool place complete with under ground curing caves.

If you google them i'm sure you can get the info. BTW they are up in Prince Edward County Ontario Canada.

Thanks Reg. I am in Connecticut. I am just a Maraget Morris fan I guess. Shejust seems like such a nice lady I would like to meet her. I would like to do a class with Peter Dixson as well. He is much closer.
