Title: Greetings from Sydney!
Post by: Safaa125 on April 22, 2020, 08:29:54 AM
Hello there, I've been a longtime cheese-eater (and also food-eater) so back in February of this year I decided to make cheese and here we are!
So far I have made Feta, Colby, Cheddar & of course everyone's rite of passage the (failed) Mozzarrela.
Here is my latest project, Gouda (produced last night and currently brining)

Looks very nice. Is it truly that yellow is color, or is that a function of the lighting?

Thanks guys,
MacGuff - I added in 1/4 tsp of anatto to give it a mild yellow shade, I'm all for showmanship  ;D ;D
