Title: Cheese cave: stilton and cloth-bound cheddar. Result = blue cheddar!
Post by: Potemkin on May 17, 2020, 10:10:47 AM
I have been keeping my Stilton and cheddar on separate shelves in my cheese cave. I now see that the cheddar has developed blue mould. Did I do something wrong? Should I have not kept them in the same cave? What should I do now?
Thanks everyone

I wouldn't worry.  Clothbound cheddars go through a series of molds, which (at least IME) just add to their eventual deliciousness!
