Dear all,
my first attempt to make a baby blue from https://www.littlegreencheese.com/2016/02/small-blue-cheese.html. (https://www.littlegreencheese.com/2016/02/small-blue-cheese.html.)
Can you point me if this pinkish cover are b. linens?
From information found in this forum I found that it developed a slip skin probably due high humidity in my cave. This is also responsible for the development of the GEO and candidum that also causes the cheese to overripen in a short time....
First picture is at 7 days. The last ones are after 16 days. ???
My cave smells now like a corpse, but the cheese itself smells little ammonia, earthy and mushrooms. Should I try it or give it to pigs? ;D
Regards!
