My "Sturdy Press" and largest cheese form came in handy for a different use last fall.... pressing Cabernet grapes!
The wine is still in a 5 gallon glass carboy. One of these days I will need to learn how to put it into bottles!

It's just a slightly different form of fermented food after all! ;)
