I am not retired - yet - and am learning. There are a few people here who really know their stuff and re freely sharing advice and knowledge. Great resources. Fire away with your questions, and search the forum === there are lots of good topics that have already been covered here.
Two Farmhouse Cheddars (with different milk), a Parmesan, some Cream Cheese (which was delicious) and an Halloumi (which was OK grilled and awesome fried in Bacon Fat)....
