Welcome.  I am also new to cheesemaking and I have started to do in retirement as well.  What cheese have you made?

Welcome to the forum.

I am not retired - yet - and am learning. There are a few people here who really know their stuff and re freely sharing advice and knowledge. Great resources. Fire away with your questions, and search the forum === there are lots of good topics that have already been covered here.

Two Farmhouse Cheddars (with different milk), a Parmesan, some Cream Cheese (which was delicious) and an Halloumi (which was OK grilled and awesome fried in Bacon Fat).... I just tried smoking some cheese today.... https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,19109.0.html (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,19109.0.html) .... and tonight we are making Gouda....
