Title: Holes in feta

The feta I made 2 months back has these tiny holes in it. Is this okay to eat? I tasted it and it tastes fine.

Those look like coliform holes. It doesn't necessarily change the flavor/smell much. It could be something else, but short of lab tests I'm not sure you'll know for sure. Either way I'd be on the safe side and toss it.
Have you had that issue in other cheeses?
