This being my first post, I hope I'm posting in the correct place. I'm wondering if there are resources for specific recipes involving the use of truffles in an aged cheese (such as a Gouda). I've bought a few books and posted this topic elsewhere, but I seem to be coming up short. Would anyone else happen to have advice on the subject?
Welcome to the forum. I typed truffles in the search bar, it came up with quite a few posts about it I would start there. I have never made cheese with them only tasted it, hope you can find somthing on here to help with your truffle quest.
