Title: Herb covered Fromage Blanc

Here is a picture of a quick (24 hours) Fromage Blanc that I made.

We have an aerogarden that has been producing basil like mad. So I chopped up a bunch of the basil leaves and rolled up the log of cheese in it.

A bit of the cheese spread on the rustic garlic bread that my wife baked made for a very satisfying breakfast!!!
