I probably should have formulated a proper introductory post some time ago, my apologies. I'm slowly starting to put the pieces together now.
My cheese adventure all began when I lost my grandmother last year and inherited some very special kitchen canisters. That began a bread journey. Somehow this sparked the idea to dive into cheese making. And so after quite a bit of reading and lurking around in various online cheese groups, here I am. My last cheese was a pepper jack, which I will get around to posting once I sniff around the categories a bit more. I'm still sort of trying to figure out when and how to find and post recipe sheets.
I want to thank you all for being so tolerant of me during my truffle Gouda quest. That wheel will be a very special gift to a dear friend and it means a lot.

I lived in Rochester for 20+ years and now have moved down south (relatively speaking), but have fond memories of the Upstate New York area.
