Hi everyone,

I'm somewhat new to cheesemaking - I only began in November.  Today I had some little helpers in my kitchen and they were quite thrilled.  We skipped the mint leaves this time, but I definitely will add them in when I make this for older palates.  This recipe was from Cheese52.
