Hi all of you,
I'm Eve, a Belgian girl living in Colorado. Last summer I followed a cheese making class on vacation and I fell in love with it all. So far I made some easy cheeses (like Halloumi or different Farmers cheeses), Bries, Camemberts and now I am doing some hard cheeses. I have a cheddar and a gouda in my "cheese cave".
Of course, as a newbie, I do run into problems and I can't always find the answers why something happened. I hope you as experts will give me the answers to my problems.
