Title: Can I wax havarti?
Post by: Chris.n.Goats on May 11, 2021, 01:29:36 AM
My dill havarti keeps growing mould every day. And it is hard to remove. I got desperate and rubbed it with salt. That stopped the mould, but now it is just getting dry. Can I wax it?

Yes, havarti does best if waxed or vac sealed. :)

I used yellow wax on my Dill Havarti, and it turned out great....
