Title: Cheese Refrigerator Shelving
Post by: Lmmonroe on January 09, 2022, 04:09:14 AM
We have put together our cheese refrigerator using a minifridge.  The one that suited our situation best has glass shelves and I am currently using several Rice Paper Plastic Mesh Trays (that I already had) to put our first cheese on while it is curing so it it is elevated a little, has some drainage and air.  They are mesh, not big holes.  Does this shelf/mat combination sound workable or should we go a different direction?  Thank you in advance!
