I have been making cheese for over a year, so I'm very much still a novice. I have a fig tree in my yard and would like to make a fig leaf wrapped cheese if anyone can suggest a cow's milk cheese and point me to instructions for how to prepare them. I have a herd share with 4 gallons monthly of raw cows' milk; no source for goat or sheep sadly. Thank you!
