Title: 2022 MacGruff Holiday Party Cheese Pics
Post by: MacGruff on December 18, 2022, 12:43:44 PM
We had a holiday party at our house last night. We used to have quite a few shindigs like this pre-COVID, but that kinda took the wind out of those sails, but this year we decided to reinstate the tradition. Of course, part of the deal was to serve some of the cheeses I made. Here are two pictures of what we served:

1.   The spread uncut ==> The green one at bottom left is my Basil Tea cheese; To the right of it is an ash covered black pepper Brie; The orange one in the middle is a two-month old Gouda. The orange and green at the top left is the Pesto cheese. The foil wrapped on at the top left is another Brie that we ultimately did not serve.

2. This next picture is of all the wheels cut open.
