This, after a 24 hr press. Looks like a good knit. Drying it out then into the vac bag and cave. Fingers crossed. Homegrown peppers in there, and they are fire. I also added some chili powder to the milk, thus a lot of little brown specks there.

Easy aging for 2 months without concern. No cracking, no mold. Sure beats wax.
