Title: rennet tablets versus liquid rennet

I'm a very new cheese-maker. I want to make the following recipe, but all I have is vegetable rennet tablets. How do I know how many to use, for this recipe?

Alternatively, does anyone have a good hard cheese recipe using rennet tablets and goat's milk?
