Hello! My name is Andie and I live in the beautiful city of Trieste in northeastern Italy. I am very new at cheese making and I am absolutely in love! Not a technically savvy person so the blog is super intimidating for me. I made goat cheese yesterday but the results are so not so great. Not acidic enough. I used 5 gr of citric acid for 2 liters of milk. Suggestions? Is there an area of the blog with recipes?
