Title: Hi from Missouri

Howdy. I'm on the outskirts of KCMO, grew up in small town Ottawa, KS, but moved to the big city and now I'm working my way back out. Getting into the whole homesteading philosophy. Learning how to make things on my own and growing as much as I can. Don't have a line on good raw milk, but I figure I can at least learn as I go. Glad to be here y'all!

Hi and welcome to the forum!

I am about 45 min. from Kansas City and have raw milk available Feb-Nov.

Howdy Blaik and welcome mostly hobby cheese makers here but few professionals to keep us on the right road ;D.

Welcome aboard Blaik. Raw milk is great but store bought pasteurized works too. Have fun!
