Made 4 small Munster cheeses following New England Cheese recipe.
18 days ago. 3 of the cheeses seem to be developing ok, getting orange but a bit on the soft side. The last one I stored in a reused fast food take out container, well sanitized. It shows no sign of orange or pink, but also no other molds, yet it got very soft, runny, inside, surface cracking and getting wrinkled. Also smells weird, not like the others.
Any idea what may have happened.
