Title: Hello from Waterville WA
Post by: Hard pressed on October 14, 2009, 03:11:26 AM
I started making cheese about a year ago. My efforts have been focused on
a danish style Fontina. Without a real recipe, this has been quite the challenge.
Persistence has paid off,I'm really close. Have a new book coming that has
a Fontina recipe in it. anxious to see how close I am to a recipe form someone
who knows.  I also am a avid sausage maker.
