Title: Cheese Presentation
Post by: Tropit on October 27, 2009, 01:43:19 PM
The latest issue of SUNSET magazine (Nov. 09) shows a nice way to present cheese to guests.  They went out to the stone, or tile supply and bought large, flat, slabs of black slate stone, placed the various cheeses on them and then used chalk to write out the names of each cheese.  It looks very hip and I'm sure that the slate slabs help keep the cheese cool.  The slabs can also be reused over and over.

Might be nice for pictures too. All my plates and boards are white. Make pictures hard.
