Title: howdy from idaho
Post by: trocco on October 30, 2009, 04:33:33 PM
Hi All,

Happy to see so much good information here.  I've been making cheese at home for a couple of years now and am focused mostly on gouda and romano these days.  I've already picked up some tips I can use.

Thanks,
Tim
