Since I started making cheese I have struggled to work with a severely undersized whisk to further reduce the size of my curds after they were cut. Today I am the proud owner of a decent-sized whisk...finally!!
I went from weenie-size to 19-5/8". Now we're talking cheese! :)
I ordered it through Amazon.

From now on, no more excuses about curds size :D
Now that shoul do the job!
It's nice to have the right equipement for the job.
Wayne, you are being politically correct, I think what you really wanted to say is mine is bigger (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,1084.0.html) ;D!
I'm not worthy! ;D
I don't know...Wayne or FarmerJd...we might have to have a runoff election. ::)

John, i will say that made me laugh.
It reminds me that I need to make some cheese. I cannot believe that its been since august since I have made some cheese.
P.S.
MINE BIGGER!! (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,1084.msg7653.html#msg7653)
Whoever thought I'd have whisk-envy? ::)
I have to admit, Wayne, that yours is bigger. Cheaper too!
But then, your whole operation is decidedly grander than I ever expect to be.
Oh well, perhaps someone else can profit from this discussion.

I used a small one like that for a long while and finallly came across a loger one at Surplus Unlimited for like $6. Now if they would get me in a longer curd knife I'd be happy. Mine has a bend in it. :-\
I'm a little late in joining in here, but I've found alot of great equipement and deals at the restaurant suppy companies.
