Stinky Liz - if that really is your name...you need to sort it out. nobody likes stinky cheese. :rolleyes:

Hi mentaljen, people usually call me Stinky... I love Stilton and strong Brie, do you make your own cheese?

I like some stinky cheese, too. But sometimes I wonder.... a couple of months ago I bought some limburger for the first time in my life, and Wow! that was right out there on the limit for me. I did eat it all, though.

I bought some B. Linens, and I thought I might make limburger, but now I'm a little scared.

My son used the B. Linens on his big, cow-patty brie. So it is developing into a stinky brie. I hope I get to try that one when it's done.

What other cheeses are stinky? I love blue cheese, some people might think that's stinky -- but is it really considered to be a stinky cheese?
