Title: New Fondue Pot - Now I Need an Exceptional Recipe
Post by: Tropit on November 07, 2009, 06:28:20 PM
I went out garage saling this morning and came back with a pretty, Danish, never used, cast iron, fondue set...$4.  Now all I need is a good recipe for fondue.  Anyone have a favorite?

I can't see that empty topic! :)
At my opinion the main thing in fondue party is a cheese you melt in a pot. I prefare to bake very small ginger buns. It's good when each bun is only one inch in size. That allow all your fellows to use only fondue fork to pick them up, dip in melted cheese and eat. No knifes and other stuff. Do you have propper burner to keep your pot hot right at the table during all the event? :)
