Title: Hello form Los Angeles
Post by: ConstableBrew on December 01, 2009, 01:37:48 AM
I am new to cheese making, got interested after making a dozen batches of Greek yogurt. This forum has lots of great information and more than just a couple gurus - making me very excited to get into this. I have made one batch of mozzarella (not a very good result) and gouda (waiting for it to age).

I saw Sailor's thread on egg nog gouda. With the combination of two of the best tasting treats the world has to offer, I had to join to show my applause for the creation.

Welcome CB. You are not the only one interested in that Nogcheese. I mix eggnog in my pumpkin pie I like it so much but I've never tried it in cheese.
