This is a fun video on the production of yogurt as taught by a chef in India.  He prefers buffalo milk.  I wonder how that tastes?

Oh so you know dear VahRehVah! He is wonderful, and I love his accent! Not always easy to understand, but delightful. I call him "le moineau" because he is as lively and lovely as a sparrow!   :)
