Just starting on the cheese making way . We have been making bacon sausages etc for a while but now wanting to have a go at cheese making . Glad to have found such a good site

My recommendation is just do it, start with something where you don't need much special equipment or supplies for like Light Cream Cheese AKA American Style Neufchatel (http://www.cheeseforum.org/Recipes/Recipe_Neufchatel.htm) using pre-ripened store bought buttermilk as your starter culture (http://www.cheeseforum.org/Recipes/Recipe_Mesophilic_Culture.htm), have fun!
