Just joined today although my wife has been on the board a while (MiaBella Farm)

Tons of information on this site! Loving it already!

We just finished our cheese facility with aging cave and began making aged cheese although we have been a license Grade A dairy for over a year.

Since Michelle and I will both be making cheese I wanted to join the forum.

Welcome, Troy! I thought it was you who posted the cheese cave thread :-[. Happy reading; we've had many great discussions here, and the library has some valuable info, too.
