Hi there!

I am from Québec and i very appreciate the information i got in this forum.

Yesterday i make my very first cheese on my second attempt, the first time my rennet was not very good.

Also i am a french speaking person, that explain my poor english level, so i am not 12 years old :P

Je suis aussi un Canadian mais a Vancouver, et j'ai habite en Houston. Mon francais est tres mauvais, pardon.
