Title: Goat Milk Cheddar try number 3
Post by: TroyG on April 27, 2010, 06:47:12 PM
This is 4.5 Gallon bath of Raw Goat Milk that came out pretty good. I milled it a little late and my Ph hit 5.3, so we will see what it tastes like in a few months.  ;D

I will be making another 6 gallon batch this weekend. Well that is unless I get crazy and try to run two 6 gallon pots at the same time.  >:D
