Title: Danisco's Choozit Brand MA011 Discontinued, Replacement?

Did I read here somewhere that this culture is no longer available and is now something else? If so, what? I can't seem to find it at the Dairy Connection. I'm replacing my old cultures and am looking for a mesophilic for cheddars and other hard cheeses.

Use any culture with l lactis and l cremoris. Dairy Connection has this in its MA19. You're right, one of the most common applications is cheddar. :)
