I am trying to find a make procedure for Reblochon, but was unsuccessful searching this site. Nor did I find it on Peter Dixon's site or in Margaret Morris' book. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never made one, but there is a recipe for reblochon in 200 Easy Homemade Cheese Recipes. :)
Sue's recipe is very simple and makes a good cheese - I'd try that first.
