Title: Cottage Cheese Making - How Make Sweet?
Post by: Tobemeghan on July 12, 2010, 12:28:39 AM
I want to make cottage cheese as much like the stuff you buy from the store as possible. I was told that this was "sweet" cottage cheese and so it took sweet cream. My question is this, how can I make sweet cream? Do I just add a little sugar to the cream?

Thanks!
Tobey
