We have been supplying a new range of small vats with single phase electrics enabling the fanatic amateur or start up to make cheese without the investment of triple phase electrics. We have now supplied our first 100 liter vat that is also suitable for pasteurising, it has 2 single phase elements, triple wall and an agitator. The vat comes complete with curd knives. This particular vat is also equipped with a frame on wheels. We supply them also in other sizes, starting at 50 liter. Nice wish I had space for it - maybe when I retire.  How much for the cheese cuber?
