Title: Milk - Light Oxidation Defect
Post by: Boofer on July 29, 2010, 06:13:32 AM
Here's another reason why our cheeses may not turn out the way we want.

I had heard of oxidation of beer with clear or green glass bottles and I guess I should have anticipated that milk could also be oxidized by exposure to light. A good reason to use the freshest milk possible if you buy milk at the store.
