Title: Hello from Belize
Post by: woodsman on July 30, 2010, 04:11:54 PM
I really am glad I have found this board and all the knowledgeable cheese makers posting here. I live on a small homestead near the Guatemalan border and raise variety of livestock. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute at least as much as I take from this boards.

Welcome Woodsman. Wth you own livestock you'll get plenty of materials to practice with. Good luck and happy pressing!

LOL, true - nothing gets ever wasted and we'll eat it all eventually even if indirectly...

Welcome woodsman, AFAIK you are our first member in Belize!

So I've just added you to our list of members locations (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,731.0.html), and I've added a geographic sub-board (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,86.0.html) for Belize in case anyone wants/has some local type stuff.

Have fun!
