Hi my name is Tony, I'm from Long Beach California.  I have been making pizza since 2005, and would like to start making my own cheese.

Howdy Tony, welcome aboard, sound slike you want to make mozz, a cheese that many here have trouble with, lots of posts you can read in the Pasta Filata Board (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,70.0.html). Have fun and good luck!

Welcome aboard. Mozz is a challenge but lots of folks have good success. Look for mrskk's process.

Thanks guys, I guess the first thing to do (besides research) is to locate a resource for the right milk.

Welcome Tony. If you make a good pizza dough you know about waiting for the right moment ... Mozzarella is the same way. Be patient and wait and you will be rewarded!
