Greetings from an Englishman, living in Slovenia!!

Got sick of the terrible supermarket rubber that they sell in Slovenia, so im here making my own chedder.

Looking forward to all the great advice!

Thanks guys!  I see that the same hand-full of experts contribute to 80% of the posts.  Hopefully I can add my knowledge and experience to the forum as I gain it!

Great place here , your going to love it. European style cheddar is a bit different than American style cheddar but they are very close. A bit of extra time in soup should do it for you.
