Made me realize on the website Links pages I had no Courses Page so I just made one (https://cheeseforum.org/Links/Courses.htm). I started with your Vermont Course and researched and added several others!
Anyone find any I'm missing please let me know, also anyone been on a course and can say good/bad recommendation or describe what you do on such a course?
would love to take a course but its a bit far away for me. wish there were something in our area

I think Peter Dixon has these affinage classes a couple of times a year. Let me know if you are interested, I may be able to get a few people together to do it
i did the affinage class last year. peter is a great instructor and i plan on taking his advanced classs in the fall. so much knowledge to share. v
Thanks! I just love his cheese and I think he is a brilliant affinieur. We have some mutual friends and I have been waiting for an intro at the farm for a while now. Missed out on it last year. How long was the class? Was it at his VT farm?

heard about the misfortunes concerning the administarato who was charged, surpried it happened as had talked to her bak in 06 about attending, wow....but my big question is is any of the SUY schools , like cobilskill & delhi involved in any artisnal cheese making classes...i live west of ALBANY New York and Buligton is a bit of a drive every day to take classes...lokking for somthing close to home vs a 3hr drive
