Hello everybody!! I am in sunny South Africa and just started making brie and cambozola after making mozzarella and provolone for the passed year.... Man, it takes a lot of patience in waiting for the magic to happen!!! Thanks for the great site!

Yeah John... The world cup was great but happy it's over! I am definitely having fun here with all the info and all the lovely pepole!!!
