Title: Divine & Simple Baked Feta

Preheat oven to 300F

Slice feta and place in ovenproof dish.  Drizzle EVOO over.  Sprinkle HEAVILY with crushed red (hot) pepper (seeds). Then sprinkle with crushed oregano (don't use powdered, it doesn't have enough 'bite').  Grind fresh peppercorns over feta.

Bake for 10min.

Serve immediately.  Great on bread rounds or crackers.

The heat of the peppers is offset by the saltiness of the feta.  It won't turn out as hot as you think, unless you have a sensitive palate.

This sounds so yummy! I am going to try this recipe for sure.
