Title: Can anyone tell me how they make mild supermarket cheese so rubbery +tasteless?

Not that i want to replicate that garbage, but id be interested to know what it is that they do to supermarket 'cheddar' to make it tasteless and bouncy.

Probably just ver young cheese. Good cheedar takes time!
