Will a batch from 1 gallon raw milk fit in 2 moulds with dimensions like this ->  diamter: 4 inches (100 mm) Height: 3.5 inches (89 mm)

Its going to depend on the cheese your making.  I make a Romano from 2 gallons and end up with a block that is about 3-inches high.  My mold is 4.5 - inches wide.  I get about the same thing for a Provolone too.

I use 2 of those moulds for making Camembert from 3 liters of milk only.
